Steph Peters
Steph brings 15 years of experience to healthcare design, behavioral health, research, and startup development, consistently delivering impactful results for clients, health systems, and new companies.
As a clinical psychologist by training, Steph combines clinical practice, product development, and user-centered design to translate ideas into scalable, evidence-based solutions. She ensures products meet rigorous clinical standards while effectively addressing real-world user needs. Steph is dedicated to building strong partnerships that create meaningful change. She collaborates closely with care providers, product developers, and patients to drive sustainable impact in areas like mental health, digital therapeutics, medication adherence, and pediatrics.
Steph has held healthcare innovation positions including as founder of WellRoo, Behavioral Medicine Director at Carium, and VP of Behavioral Health at Clarity Pediatrics where she expanded services and improved patient outcomes in pediatric settings.
Beyond her consulting work, Steph is an Adjunct Professor at Stanford's Clinical Excellence Research Center where she teaches clinicians about entrepreneurship and high-value care design. Steph holds a doctorate from the PGSP-Stanford PsyD Consortium and is passionate about mentoring aspiring clinicians and healthcare designers, as well as serving her local community on O‘ahu.
