Jason Karp

Jason is a seasoned technology and telecommunications executive with more than 32 years of business and legal experience leading the legal, administrative (including HumanCapital), and executive functions of large business organizations, start-ups and growth companies, as well as federal government agencies.

In addition to offering legal counsel, Jason provides strategic advice and operational support for expediting high-impact business transactions, telecommunications purchasing and implementation, collaborations and strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and various entity-wide initiatives. Jason regularly advises his clients on a wide range of complex commercial and corporate transactions; regulatory policy and advocacy strategy, including regulation development and drafting; business operations and market strategy; human capital programs and operations; corporate governance compliance; and ethics program development and implementation (including data privacy and AI).

Jason is a lover of all things fitness and is a certified health, life, and longevity coach. He regularly rides his ElliptiGO stand-up bike and is fully indoctrinated into the world of Peloton. Jason is also an avid musician/keyboard player and continues to write and perform music with his disco band, PartyTrainNYC.

Jason has three children and currently resides in the suburbs of the Big Apple (aka New York City – the greatest city in the world).
